Referral Terms: Payouts issued via Zelle, ACH, or MGC service credit. Referral must not be a pre-existing MGC lead. One payout per unique referred client. Active membership required at payout date. No limit on the number of referrals per month. Payouts processed within 15 business days of client's first payment.

Partner Terms: Commission calculated on net invoice value (excluding taxes). Payouts monthly, NET 30. Partners must maintain active status (min. 1 referral/quarter to stay in program). MGC reserves the right to adjust commission tiers with 30-day notice. Full terms provided in partner agreement.

FAQ

How do I join a membership tier?

Use the contact form on our main page and select the tier you want from the "How Can We Help You?" dropdown. We'll send you payment instructions and get you set up within one business day. Stripe payment links are also available on request.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Email us or message in Slack and we'll adjust your tier at your next billing date. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds on the current period.
How are referral payouts tracked and paid?

Every referral you submit through the contact form is logged in our Notion CRM and tied to your account. You can request a status update anytime by messaging us or checking in via Slack. Payouts are issued within 15 business days of the referred client's first payment via Zelle, ACH, or MGC service credit (your choice).
Do I need to be a member to join the Partner Program?

No — the Partner Program is open to agencies, consultants, and freelancers regardless of membership status. However, Elite members get access to the highest referral payouts ($300/referral) in addition to partner commissions, making it the best combination for active referrers.
What's in the MGC Resource Library?

The library includes: Notion CRM templates, Zapier automation blueprints, AI prompt libraries, SOP templates, content calendar frameworks, lead scoring models, and step-by-step guides for common operations workflows. Pro and Elite members get expanded versions plus the full automation bundle with working Zap configurations.
Is the membership month-to-month or a contract?

All tiers are month-to-month by default. No contracts. No cancellation fees. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount for members who want to commit to a year. You can cancel by emailing us or messaging in Slack — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
