Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of mgcglobalconsulting.com and any services you buy from MGC Global Consulting LLC ("MGC," "we," "us"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them. A signed statement of work or proposal, where one exists, controls over these terms if the two conflict.

1. Services

We provide AI strategy and consulting, automation architecture, CRM and pipeline optimization, operational systems design, AI workshops, and retainer support. Each engagement's scope, deliverables, and timeline are set out in its proposal, invoice, or checkout page.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the site or in your proposal. Custom engagements are priced in writing before work begins.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices are issued through QuickBooks and are due on the date shown. [CONFIRM: payment terms, e.g. due on receipt or net 15]

3. Scheduling

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to give us timely access to the people, systems, and information an engagement needs, and you confirm you have the right to share that information with us. Delays caused by missing access may move delivery dates.

5. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver your services. This does not apply to information that is public, already known to us, or that we are legally required to disclose.

6. Ownership of work

Once paid in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as part of your deliverables. [CONFIRM]

7. AI tools and outputs

Our work and the TrueAssist assistant on this site use third-party AI models. AI output can be wrong. Treat it as guidance to review, not as legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Final business decisions remain yours.

8. Third-party services

Recommendations may involve third-party software (for example CRM, automation, or AI platforms). Those products are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. [CONFIRM]

11. Changes
